Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in investigations and/or auditing
  • Able to work with people in a manner showing sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
  • Understand laws governing access to public and private records
  • Exhibit accountability and a commitment to resolve issues
  • Effective organization & time management skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience with handling highly confidential documents is essential
  • Learn new systems/processes and retain knowledge
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Insurance is preferred
