  • Strong customer relationship management, communication (written and verbal) and consulting skills
  • Organized, analytical, and process-oriented professional with great attention to detail
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Visio)
  • Understands conceptual business models and process flows
