Responsibilities:
  • Be the cornerstone for collaboration across sales, operations, product, and marketing to enable optimal business outcomes
  • Develop digital marketing plans and design and help teams members to ideate and execute innovative, highly customized direct, lead (meeting) generation, and nurture marketing campaigns
  • Design and execute digital breadth campaigns resulting in further market segmentation, targeting, and inbound lead generation
  • Optimize Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) and Customer Expansion Costs (CEC)
  • Learn and leverage Companies’ linguistic-based personality model in order to make their communications highly tailored and deeply resonant
  • Recommend changes for B2C site pages, and evaluate their sales results
  • Build out and manage (bid/budget) PPC and display campaigns
  • Recommend changes to improve B2C sites conversion rate to best-in-class level
  • Recommend changes to improve B2C sites satisfaction in user feedback to best-in-class level
  • Conduct sales and funnel analysis to gain insights and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Design social media strategy, coordinate and provide consultation to ensure its effectiveness and encourage adoption of relevant SEO
  • Create and design standard operating procedures and policies for managing social media platforms
  • Help teams in managing the creation and distribution of editorial content assets to support brand awareness and SEO objectives, whilst ensuring content created is aligned to respective brands’ guidelines
  • Review and evaluate ad-hoc social campaigns initiated by startups.
  • Provide guidelines for teams to work with the website development team to ensure social media tools and editorial content assets created can be displayed on the brand website
  • Develop guidelines and procedures to be adopted by the teams to monitor trends in social media, using the information gained to create fresh, consumer-friendly content
  • Proactively initiate projects to capitalize on opportunities and solve problems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, or e-commerce, or equivalent experience
  • Relevant experience within a B2B digital marketing environment in the MENA region, including leading campaigns in Arabic and English
  • Experience in using different channels to generate leads. Like Social Media, SEO, Online Paid Advertisements, Events, Email Marketing, digital communications/marketing, and other channels (preferably with Startups)
  • Outstanding command of website optimization techniques, including A/B testing
  • Outstanding ability to discover insights and opportunities from sales funnel reports
  • Social media ads management, campaign execution, scheduling, conversion, budgeting, tracking and reporting
  • Experience in website analytics tools (Google Analytics plus others such as Crazy Egg, Kissmetrics, etc.)
  • Experience in content management/writing
  • Abreast with the current digital trends and online marketing channels and experience with a wide variety of digital marketing improvement tools
  • Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants and know when and how they can be deployed
  • Experienced in brand marketing in an online environment and lead generation
  • A highly energetic and self-motivated individual who is a well-rounded marketer and implementer
  • A team player who is able to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluency in Arabic required, fluency in English a plus)
  • Able to manage complexities and think “out of the box”
  • Ability to travel to Palestine
