Product Not As Characterized: If you feel that our product or service is not similar as described on our website, you will need to contact our Customer service team within seven days of your purchase. You will also need to provide proper and clear evidence to prove that the service is not similar, as explained on our website. Complaints base on merely on the prospect’s false expectations and needs will not be honored.

Non-Delivery Of The Service: In some cases, the processing time is slower, and at times it may even take a little longer time. If you have any complaint regarding the non-delivery of your order, you will need to submit a complaint to your Customer Service Department within the seven days of your purchase.
